Venue Terms
• 50% deposit required to reserve the event date.
• Remaining balance due 7 days before the event. If not received, the deposit and date will be forfeited.
• 45-day cancellation policy: cancellations within 45 days of the event forfeit the deposit.
• Overtime billed at $175/hour.
• Client is responsible for any damages caused during the event.
• Client assumes liability for guests and any alcohol-related issues.
• All vendors must be licensed and insured. Proof will be required prior to the event.
• $175 may apply if excessive cleanup is required after the event and you didn’t book the clean up
House Rules
• Adult-focused venue; not kid friendly.
• No indoor sports or rough play.
• No sparklers or confetti.
• No feet on furniture.
• No sitting on the bar.
• No stickers or tape on any wood paneling.
• No excessive music volume.
• No liquor sales unless the proper liquor permit is obtained.
• Garage door must remain closed if rain begins coming inside
