House Rules

• Adult-focused venue; not designed as a kid-friendly space.

• No indoor sports or rough play.

• No sparklers or confetti.

• No feet on furniture.

• No sitting on the bar.

• No stickers, tape, or nails on any wood paneling or walls.

• No liquor sales unless the proper liquor permit is obtained and have the city’s approval.

• Garage door must remain closed if rain begins coming inside.

• Garage door must be shut by 9:30pm

• Zero tolerance for excessive music volume. Maximum sound levels will be provided prior to the event. If sound exceeds the permitted level, we reserve the right to immediately end the event with no refund. We truly want all events to run smoothly and respectfully for everyone involved.

• DJs not permitted ****

• Educational music workshops and DJ workshops are allowed at an appropriate volume.

• No parking in neighboring businesses as they do tow without warning (including off hours)

Venue Terms

50% deposit required to reserve the event date.

• Remaining balance due 7 days before the event. If not received, the deposit and date will be forfeited.

• Overtime billed at $220/hour.

• Client is responsible for any damages caused during the booking.

• All vendors must be licensed and insured. Proof will be required prior to the event.

Cancellations made 60 days or more prior to the event date will receive a full refund of all payments made, including the deposit.

Cancellations made between 45-59 days prior to the event date will receive a refund of 50% of the deposit paid.

• Cancellations made less than 45 days prior to the event date will result in forfeiture of the deposit.


Clean Up

• Space must be left in good condition.

•$175 may apply if excessive cleanup is required .

If the space is left damaged or any items are broken, an invoice will be issued, and the client will be responsible for all repair or replacement costs.
