House Rules

• Adult-focused venue; not designed as a kid-friendly space.

• No indoor sports or rough play.

• No sparklers or confetti.

• No feet on furniture.

• No sitting on the bar.

• No stickers, tape, or nails on any wood paneling or walls.

• No excessive noise or music volume.

• No liquor sales unless the proper liquor permit is obtained.

• Garage door must remain closed if rain begins coming inside.

Venue Terms

50% deposit required to reserve the event date.

• Remaining balance due 7 days before the event. If not received, the deposit and date will be forfeited.

• 45-day cancellation policy: cancellations within 45 days of the event forfeit the deposit.

• Overtime billed at $175/hour.

• Client is responsible for any damages caused during the event.

• Client assumes liability for guests and any alcohol-related issues.

• All vendors must be licensed and insured. Proof will be required prior to the event.

Clean Up

• Venue must be left in the condition it was received unless cleanup service has been arranged in advance.

$175 may apply if excessive cleanup is required after the event and you didn’t book the clean up 

If the space is left damaged or any items are broken, an invoice will be issued and the client will be responsible for all repair or replacement costs.
