‍ OUR STAFF WILL HANDLE THE SETUP OF TABLES AND CHAIRS TO YOUR PREFERRED LAYOUT, PLACE TABLECLOTHS ON ALL TABLES, ASSIST WITH UNLOADING YOUR ITEMS, AND BE AVAILABLE DURING YOUR ARRIVAL PERIOD TO HELP YOU GET SETTLED IN AND ANSWER ANY QUESTIONS AS NEEDED.


OUR STAFF WILL TAKE CARE OF ALL CLEANUP AFTER YOUR EVENT, SO THERE'S NO NEED TO WORRY! YOU'RE WELCOME TO SIMPLY GATHER YOUR PERSONAL BELONGINGS AND LEAVE THE REST AS IS. TO MAKE YOUR EXIT NICE AND EASY,

SATURDAY (AFTER 4PM): 6 HOUR MINIMUM SUNDAY (AFTER 5PM): 4 HOUR MINIMUM

1. VENDOR ARRIVAL + SETUP COORDINATION: $100

WE'LL COORDINATE ARRIVAL TIMES AND SETUP WITH YOUR VENDORS (FOOD, RENTALS, FURNITURE, ETC.) SO, EVERYTHING ARRIVES SMOOTHLY AND ON SCHEDULE

2. RENTAL DELIVERY RECEIVING +PLACEMENT GUIDANCE $100
NEED US THERE EARLY? WE CAN MEET RENTAL COMPANIES AHEAD OF TIME, RECEIVE DELIVERIES, AND GUIDE PLACEMENT SO YOU DON'T HAVE TO BE THERE.

3. RENTAL PICKUP COORDINATION $100

WE'LL COORDINATE PICKUP WITH YOUR VENDORS AFTER THE EVENT +$75 HOLDING/STORAGE FEE IF PICKUP IS SCHEDULED FOR THE FOLLOWING DAY OR IN THE CASE, WE HAVE ANOTHER EVENT IMMEDIATELY AFTER YOURS AND YOU WOULD NEED TO STORE YOUR RENTALS UNTIL PICK UP.

4. IN-HOUSE EVENT HELPER / FLOATER $125 AN HOUR (PER HELPER)

WOULD YOU LIKE AN EXTRA SET OF HANDS DURING YOUR EVENT? OUR IN-HOUSE HELPER CAN ASSIST WITH KEEPING EVERYTHING RUNNING SMOOTHLY, INCLUDING:
